Where do we store and process personal data?

Your personal data is stored and processed on a database on a computer within Google Drive, and backed up to Dropbox, whose servers are within the United States of America.
The database is password protected and only accessible to officers of Clean Air Cheltenham.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

We will continue to process your information until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.
